Bea Trembath, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources Leader with a diverse background in HR within fast-paced, technology-driven global organizations across the US, Europe, and APAC. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at UES, Bea has previously held roles such as Global Human Resources Manager at Rogers Corporation and Human Resources Business Partner at Rio Tinto, focusing on employee relations, talent development, and organizational strategy. Throughout their career, Bea has demonstrated a strong ability to manage multiple projects, build effective relationships, and foster a culture of engagement and innovation.
