David Knotts

David Knotts has extensive experience in business development, construction management, and project execution. David is currently working at UES as the Principal Business Development and Marketing, where they lead a team in identifying marketing strategies and building new partnerships. Previously, they served as the Director of Business Development at Ordner Construction Company, where they focused on finding new opportunities and maintaining partnerships. David also worked as the Executive Director of Capital Programs at Fulton County Schools, managing a multimillion-dollar capital program. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Cousins Properties Incorporated, The Sembler Company, MetroGroup Development, Petstuff, Inc., and Portman-Barry Investments, Inc. At these companies, they managed various aspects of development, including due diligence, design, permitting, and construction.

David Knotts holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Georgia Institute of Technology.
