Doug Johnston

Doug Johnston is an engineering geologist with extensive experience in the field, holding certifications as a Professional Geologist (PG) and Certified Engineering Geologist (CEG). They earned a B.S. in Geology from Bridgewater State University in 1996. Doug has worked as a Senior Associate Geologist at Petra Geosciences, Inc. from 2005 to 2025, and is currently a Senior Engineering Geologist at UES since 2025. Previously, they held positions at Earth Tech as a Land Surveyor and at Construction Testing & Engineering, Inc. as a Staff Geologist and Laboratory Manager. Doug has also contributed as a member of the Membership Committee for the Building Industry Association of Riverside County and participated in Toastmasters Twin Cities Business Leaders.
