Eric Solt is currently a Principal Geologist and Senior Project Manager at UES. They have over three decades of experience in geology, having previously served as a Senior Project Manager and Principal Geologist at S&ME, Inc. from 2001 to 2024, and held roles as Project Manager at Terraine, Inc. and Environmental Scientist at Geo-Environmental Services. Eric began their career as a Staff Geologist at Fox Environmental Services before advancing in the field. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Tennessee Technological University.
