Ilya has experience as a Management Assistant and Management Trainee within the same organization. Ilya began collegiate education at Southern Polytechnic State University in Construction Engineering, later attending Georgia Southwestern State University for a dual degree in Civil Engineering before transferring to San Francisco State University, where a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering was pursued. Ultimately, Ilya earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Sports Management from Holy Cross College, where participation as a student-athlete took place from August 2016 to November 2019.
