James Weaver

James Weaver has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. James started their career at the University of Central Florida, where they managed the IT needs of UCF's Executive Development Center. James handled staff and student computer needs, built a custom database, and managed the EDC Customer Relationship Management Software.

James then joined Avant Healthcare Professionals as an IT Support Specialist, providing IT support services to over 160 employees. James later became an IT Manager, responsible for maintaining the company's computer infrastructure and managing a team of nine. James also developed, tested, and implemented new software solutions at Avant.

Currently, James is working at Universal Engineering Sciences as the Manager of Application Services, leading the activities of application development on IT projects. James is also the Director of Application and Data Services, overseeing the activities of application development and data/reporting specialists. James is responsible for two departments, including app support for the ERP system and several homegrown applications.

Overall, James Weaver has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a strong track record in managing IT operations and developing software solutions.

James Weaver earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida between 1993 and 1998. James later pursued a Master's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Political Science at the University of Central Florida from 2005 to 2007. James also holds several certifications in Quick Base, including those obtained in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
