Joe Burkhardt

Joe Burkhardt, P.E. is currently the East Area Geotechnical Manager at UES and the Director of Engineering at Consulting Services Incorporated (CSI), where they focus on quality and growth within the engineering staff. They began their career in 2001 as a Staff Engineer at MACTEC and later served as a Construction Materials Testing Manager. In 2007, Joe transitioned to a Project Engineer role at Cardno, managing various geotechnical projects. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is actively involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers in the Cincinnati region.
