John Oliva

John Oliva has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on establishing and building relationships. They began their career in sales at Toyota Tsusho America, later moving into marketing and business development roles at MACTEC and the Builders Exchange of Kentucky. John served as the Director of Business Development at The Hagerman Group from 2020 to 2022 and currently holds positions as Business Development Lead at Consulting Services Incorporated and UES while contributing as a Business Relations Specialist at the Louisville Urban League Kentuckiana Builds from 2022 to 2023. John earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky between 1983 and 1988.
