Joshua Christen

Joshua Christen is a Senior Analyst in Process Improvement & Standardization at UES, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Joshua served as an Industrial Engineer specializing in Process Improvement & Global Projects at Travel + Leisure Co. from May 2019 to June 2023, where key contributions included statistical analysis for senior leadership and site improvement recommendations. Joshua also developed a resort-facing application for procurement and collaborated on the Virtual Check-In program. An earlier role as an intern involved leading the Mobile Check-In initiative and maintaining dashboards for senior leadership. Educationally, Joshua is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the University of Central Florida, following a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
