Karen Rodriguez, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Texas Region at UES, where they focus on serving and succeeding within the organization. With a diverse background in human resources and sales management, they have held key positions at companies such as Quorum Hotels & Resorts and Alpha Testing. Karen's career began in sales management roles at various companies, including Station Casinos and Outstanding Productions Inc., before transitioning fully into human resources. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Missouri State University.
