Lacy Kiser is a seasoned Chief People Officer with over two decades of experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as Chief Administration Officer at UES since 2024, Lacy has previously held leadership roles at PLH Group, Inc. and Bechtel Corporation, where they drove transformative HR initiatives and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Lacy's leadership philosophy focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster employee engagement and talent retention. They are also pursuing an Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
