Lisa Norris, CPA, is a purpose-driven accounting and finance leader with over 15 years of experience in cultivating growth and fostering well-being within organizations. They have held various roles, including Senior Accountant at Cherry Bekaert and Director of Corporate Accounting at RSR Group, Inc., where they managed large teams and advanced high-potential talent. Currently serving as the Assistant Corporate Controller at UES and the Owner of Purpose-Driven CPA, Lisa is passionate about aligning financial rigor with human-centered values. With a background in psychology, they mentor emerging leaders and champion a growth mindset to enhance organizational success. They also engage in community service as Chair/Treasurer for Brighter Futures for Students and as Treasurer for a political campaign.
