Stephen Rice

Stephen Rice is a Senior Ecologist with over 25 years of experience in ecological assessment, planning, and implementation of projects addressing complex regulatory issues. They have previously worked at Arcadis, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and Cardno, and now hold the position of Senior Ecologist at UES. Stephen is skilled in habitat assessments, environmental impact analyses, and mitigation design, with a particular focus on wetlands and endangered species. Currently, they pursue a Master’s in Environmental Science at Arkansas State University and a Bachelor’s in Biology at Christopher Newport University.
