Tony Dimpel, P.E. is the Western Region Director of Operations at UES, where they oversee business operations, development, client relations, and sustainable growth. With 13 years of professional consulting experience, Tony has expertise in project management, regulatory engagement, and environmental permitting across various sectors, including mining and energy. They have also served as an instructor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Nevada, Reno, where they contributed to both teaching and research. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
