Traci Doleman has extensive experience in operations and human resources management. Traci began as an Operations Manager at CompUSA from February 1997 to July 2004, where oversight of operational systems and staff management ensured the achievement of key performance indicators. From September 2004 to July 2019, Traci served as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., leading HR responsibilities for up to 250 employees and driving the employee engagement program for five years. Currently, Traci is a Human Resources Manager for Consulting Services Incorporated and also holds a position at UES since May 2024. Traci earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Eastern Kentucky University between 1994 and 1999.
