Founded in 2022, Universal Inclusion is a talent and ecosystem development partner advancing the growth of a more inclusive and globally connected space industry.

We design and deliver targeted recruitment and ecosystem-building services that connect space organizations with exceptional, often overlooked talent, while cultivating a global network of candidates, founders, and professionals ready to enter and scale within the sector. Through strategic outreach, community engagement, and visibility initiatives, we help organizations strengthen their teams and accelerate the development of a more dynamic and diverse space ecosystem.
Beyond corporate services, we lead a social movement aimed at inspiring and empowering underrepresented communities in the space industry. Our programs focus on amplifying diverse voices and providing vital resources that help individuals from all backgrounds start or accelerate their careers in space. Our mission is to make both Earth and space more inclusive by creating a future where diversity is not only celebrated but is integral to shaping the industry’s future.
