Richard Castle

Richard Castle has extensive experience in sales and engineering, spanning several decades. Beginning as a Service Engineer at British Gas from March 1983 to June 1990, Richard focused on planning, designing, and installing heating systems. Following a period of self-employment as a Service Engineer from July 1990 to July 1994, Richard co-founded Grace & Castle Ltd, serving as Partner and Project Manager from September 2006 to April 2013, providing turnkey solutions for developers. Subsequently, Richard held leadership sales roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Universal Instruments Corporation since June 2014, managing sales across a diverse region, and previously as Northern European and Middle Eastern Sales Manager at DEK from July 2000 to June 2006, where Richard developed distribution channels in emerging markets. Richard also served as International Sales Manager at Intec Printing Solutions from April 2013 to June 2014, managing distribution across multiple countries and enhancing market presence.
