Universal Learning Systems has an extensive portfolio of clients in the public, private and academic sectors throughout Ireland – and internationally. It is a leader in innovative projects and strategic planning regarding sustainable and equitable human development initiatives and rights based learning. ULS core  experience is in applied socio-economic research, social inclusion projects, strategic management, project implementation, people management and innovative training provision. A key part of our work is initiation, design and submission of project proposals and development of project management supports and evaluative measures.
