Mandy Plummer

Mandy joined Universal in 2016 and manages a broad spectrum of critical company processes. Over the past decade she has been running operations in various industries ranging from the real estate to foster care. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing/Small Business Management from Eastern Illinois University.
