Ryan Bates

Ryan Bates is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry with extensive experience in physical title production and project management. Since July 2016, Ryan has served as Manager of Physical Title Production at Universal Pictures, previously holding the title of Title Manager. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment from July 2009 to July 2016 as a Project Coordinator, managing product fulfillment for Home Entertainment and digital content. Ryan's career began at Technicolor, where responsibilities included managing DVD authoring and assisting with asset management. Additional experience includes an Acquisitions Intern position at Picturehouse and various roles at Cabrillo College, culminating in the role of Annual Fund Manager. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from California State University, Long Beach.
