KAI ZHANG

KAI ZHANG has had a varied work experience. From 2012 to present, they have been employed at Universal Processing LLC, where they have held the roles of Director of Business Development, Senior Merchant Consultant, and Merchant Consultant. In 2011, they were an Employee at Johnson & Wales University, and in 2010, they were a Volunteer Office Assistant at the same institution. As Director of Business Development, KAI ZHANG was responsible for designing and implementing current sales strategies, managing a $20 million monthly processing volume portfolio, building a national call center, facilitating ongoing training and continuous learning, leading annual performance evaluations, coordinating with HR and Data Analysis Teams, and working with small businesses as part of the Spoke Project Director of U.S. Small Business Administration Community Navigator Pilot Program.

Kai Zhang attended Johnson & Wales University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in MBA-Marketing.
