Nana Huo has held various roles in the finance and operations industry since 2013. Nana began their career as the Chief Financial Officer at Universal Processing LLC, where they supervised the company's accounting and finance activities, managed the merchant processing portfolio, and oversaw the company's operations departments. Nana then moved into the role of VP of Finance & Operation, where they were responsible for tracking portfolio performance and supervising the client support department. Additionally, they held the role of Marketing Coordinator, where they worked with the director of the sales department to design, print, and distribute direct marketing materials. Finally, they were an Operation Assistant, where they were responsible for deal submission, tracking approval processes, and helping clients with pricing, risk, funding, and billing issues.
Prior to their work at Universal Processing LLC, Nana Huo held the role of Project Coordinator at New York University, where they were responsible for the marketing and recruiting strategy for China Recruitment Project of 2011 and 2012. Nana also processed data analysis of international students' population for the office Director and led the Graduate Admission Team. Finally, they held the role of Project Assistant at Procter & Gamble Elite Association in Zhejiang University in 2010.
Nana Huo received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Zhejiang University between 2007 and 2011. Nana then went on to receive a Master's degree in Business, Management, Accounting & Finance, and Related Support Services from New York University between 2011 and 2013. In January 2020, they obtained the Certified Payments Professional certification from the Electronic Transactions Association.
