Sona Z

Sona Z has worked in the field since 2012, beginning with a role as Customer Services at Word of Mouth. In 2014, they joined Universal Processing LLC as a Senior Merchant Consultant. In 2015, they became Co-Founder at Joy Entertainment Inc. In 2017, they took on a role as Graphic Designer at BlueSky Creative, Inc. and in 2019, they joined Universal Processing LLC again as an Affiliate Manager. In this role, they are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates, and managing business negotiations with customers.

Sona Z completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the State University of New York College at Potsdam between 2010 and 2013.
