Eric Jenkins

Eric Jenkins currently serves as General Manager at Universal Pure since August 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of Plant Manager at Kelvion from February 2022 to August 2023, where full P&L responsibilities included leading significant improvements in safety, revenue, quality, and efficiency at the Dallas MCS plant. Prior to that, Eric was the Director of Operations at RA Heath Construction & Millwork, managing a 95-employee manufacturing plant from August 2019 to January 2022. Eric's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager at Martin Sprocket & Gear, focusing on lean initiatives and operational improvements, and Operations Coordinator at Paycor. Eric began a career in operations as Operations Supervisor at ABC Supply. Eric Jenkins holds a degree from Northern Kentucky University.
