Rhea E. has over a decade of experience in brand management and product innovation, primarily with Universal Robina Corporation since October 2011. Currently, Rhea serves as Group Product Manager, leading the Total Jack 'n Jill Confectionery team. Previous roles include Senior Brand Manager, where Rhea oversaw various product lines, and Regional Brand Manager specializing in healthy snacking and non-menthol candies. Rhea has been recognized as a URC Own It Awardee for the successful relaunch of a key product and has also contributed to Monde Nissin Corporation as a Brand Assistant.
