Lars Bach

Lars Bach is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Quadsat since February 2024. With extensive experience at Universal Robots since July 2017, Lars has held several key roles including Head of R&D Cobot and Senior Director, leading the development of innovative cobot technologies. Additionally, Lars serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Odense Robotics and previously held the position of Chairman of the Board at KOLCON Steel, where strategic guidance was provided for company growth. Lars's career also includes significant contributions at Schneider Electric as a Design & Project Manager, overseeing global engineering efforts in UPS systems, and various engineering roles earlier in the career. Lars holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
