Pheobe Yeung

Pheobe Yeung is a Developer Experience Engineer at Universal Robots since June 2021, where initiatives focus on enhancing the developer experience for a collaborative robotics platform through improved tools and resources. The role includes conducting qualitative research, such as UX interviews, to address challenges in navigation and documentation. Previously, Pheobe served as an Implementation Engineer, responsible for scoping and certifying components within the UR+ ecosystem, ensuring technical standards were met. Prior experience includes serving as a Sports Information Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, managing social media and graphics for the Athletics Department, and working as a Rowing Instructor at Artemis Rowing Club. Pheobe holds a degree in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
