Ryan Jaycox

Ryan Jaycox is currently the VP of Finance at Universal Services. Ryan has a long history of working in finance and strategic operations, dating back to their time at Comcast from January 2017 to October 2017, where they served as the Director of Business Operations. In that role, they were responsible for developing strategic priorities within the Finance field operations organization consisting of capital expense, supply chain, field collections, and fleet management.

Ryan also maintained operational financial focus to drive operational efficiency across multiple business units, created and analyzed capital and operating expense forecasts for both current performance and new developments to provide senior leadership with a current perspective of the business, measured and analyzed actual performance and made recommendations to improve profitability, led the development and coordination of $120 million capital budget, and coordinated and drove cross functional groups to proactively identify dependencies and drive issues to resolution.

In addition, they were responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and management of the internal controls environment within the finance support organizations, drove efficiency and cost savings in our fleet space consisting of just over 700 vehicles, teamed with cross functional groups to propose and manage creative solutions for improving coordination, collaboration, and communication, developed and maintained an employee focused culture within my organization of 40 managers, supervisors, analyst’s, and warehouse professionals, and challenged historic business practices and policies always looking for more effective and efficient solutions.

Ryan Jaycox has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
