Anthony "AJ" Ross has a strong and diverse work experience, starting from 1991 when they worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Anthony "AJ" then joined Newell Rubbermaid in 1995, holding various roles such as Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Cost Analyst, and Cost Accounting Manager before becoming Vice President CFO for Calphalon and Goody Products. Later on, they served as Group Vice President CFO for Calphalon/Burnes and Goody Products.

In 2004, Ross became the Group CFO for the Home and Family Group at Newell Rubbermaid, where they led the finance organization for a $1.2 billion global organization and played a crucial role in divesting the Little Tikes business unit. Anthony "AJ" also helped develop group and business unit strategies and achieved income growth throughout their tenure. Ross then became the President of the Beauty & Style GBU at Newell Rubbermaid, leading strategic initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings for the company.

In 2013, Ross became a CEO and President at Universal Storage Group, where they executed a private equity transaction to merge two top self-storage companies. This merger allowed the company to become a leader in the industry, offering full-service third-party management, comprehensive training, and start-up services.

Anthony "AJ" Ross began their education journey by attending The Citadel from 1988 to 1991. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After a brief hiatus, they resumed their studies and pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at Capital University from 1996 to 1998.
