This merger allowed the company to become a leader in the industry, offering full-service third-party management, comprehensive training, and start-up services.

Anthony "AJ" Ross began their education journey by attending The Citadel from 1988 to 1991. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After a brief hiatus, they resumed their studies and pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at Capital University from 1996 to 1998.
