Lane Quadracci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and customer service. Currently serving as CEO and Principal Technical Consultant at UniversalMac since October 2014, Lane has led the company with a focus on technical solutions. Prior to this role, Lane worked as an Apple Certified Mac Technician at Apple Retail from May 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included managing customer interactions and repairing various Apple devices. Earlier experience includes freelance web design and development for Chez Jane Inc., where Lane enhanced website architecture and implemented e-commerce solutions. Lane holds a degree in Digital Technology and Culture with a focus on Multimedia Authoring from Washington State University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
