Victor Harlé

Victor Harlé is currently the Directeur financier et juridique at Universcience, a position held since 2019. They previously served as the Chef du département des affaires budgétaires et de la synthèse at the Ministère de la Culture from 2017 to 2019. Victor's earlier experiences include various internships at notable organizations such as the Ambassade de France au Maroc, CCM Benchmark, and the Musée du Louvre, where they contributed to administrative and project management efforts. Victor holds a Master's degree in Affaires Publiques from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and has participated in an Erasmus year at King's College London.
