The Vision of UniBa
is the creation of an institution of quality higher education, which offers true values ​​of professionalism and citizenship, combining education with the spirit of entrepreneurship and realizes it through the natural combination of online services with direct ones in its environments. 

Within its vision UniBa aims to become an innovative and leading institution, digital, applied and practical, interactive and community, labor market oriented, placing the student at the center and developing regional and international collaborations.

Strategy of UniBa
As part of its new 2020-2030 strategy, UniBa, in order to fulfill its mission and realize its vision, carries out its activity based on 5 main pillars:

1. Academic Pillar - focused on academic activities through the combination of educational services, online and Face-to-Face

2. Student Pillar - focused on student and community activities

3. Applied Research and Innovation Pillar - focused on scientific and applied research activities, innovation and projects in various fields such as justice, government, economics, trade, industry, technology, informatics, energy, etc.

4. Corporate and Administrative Pillar - focused on activities of an administrative nature.

5. Entrepreneurial Pillar - focused on the activities of enterprises set up by the institution, in order to fulfill its mission.
