Ron Flaherty

Ron Flaherty has a diverse work experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Ron started their career in 1996 as a Sales Director at Mid Atlantic Medical Services Inc., a health services company. Ron then joined Liberty Benefits Inc. in 2002 as President, specializing in providing employee benefits packages to businesses. In 2009, they became the Practice Leader and Senior Vice President at Univest, a large independent insurance agency. From 2011 to the present, Ron has served as the President of Univest Insurance LLC, where they have been responsible for various insurance solutions for businesses, including commercial lines, employee benefits, risk management, and personal lines insurance.
