Lisette Simon

Lisette Simon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employment law. Currently serving as President of Simon's Solutions since July 2021 and as SVP of Human Resources at both Fusion Media Group and Univision Communications Inc. since July 2015, Lisette has a strong background in providing strategic HR and legal guidance. Previous roles include SVP of Human Resources at Telemundo Media, where Lisette directed HR functions for domestic and international operations, and Employment Counsel at NBCUniversal, advising on labor and employment issues. Lisette's career began at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Thompson Hine LLP, focusing on labor and employment law. Lisette holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BA from the University of Miami.
