The Technology Operations team at Grupo Educativo UniVO, comprising the CTO, IT, and Technical Support (TS) professionals, is responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of all technological systems and infrastructure within the organization. Their duties include maintaining network security, supporting IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new technologies to enhance educational experiences.
