Alex Head

Alex Head has extensive experience in operations and account management within the event industry. At Interchange Communications Ltd, Alex led a team managing over 50 clients across more than 100 events annually, implementing efficient standard operating procedures. As Senior Account Manager, the focus was on building strong client relationships and managing projects to ensure successful event delivery. Following this, Alex served as Head of Operations at Jonas Event Technology, overseeing a department responsible for the delivery of over 250 events each year. Currently, Alex is the General Manager at Uniware Systems Ltd, a leading provider of EPoS and payment solutions. Alex holds a Master of Arts in Spatial Planning from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Urban & Regional Planning from The University of Birmingham.
