Nikolay Klementiev

Nikolay Klementiev is a Chief Technology Officer with over thirty years of experience in architecture, specializing in designing and delivering large-scale complex buildings and spaces. They began their career at ZNIIEP n.a. Mezentsev and NIIPI of Moscow Genplan, where they spent over fifteen years as a senior designer. In 2001, they joined Spectrum Group of Companies, initially as a senior designer and later becoming the head of the design department, managing a team of approximately ninety architectural and engineering staff. Currently, Nikolay oversees various projects, focusing on risk management and effective team formation to achieve project goals. They hold a Master of Architecture from the Московский Архитектурный Институт and completed a retraining program in Modern Business Management in 2008.
