We develop and deepen Private Capital Market Ecosystems in emerging and developing economies through the adoption of our proprietary platforms, capacity building and advisory services.

Our flagship product, unkapt.capital, is an alternative lending and cross-border capital-raising platform that helps EMDE small and lower-middle-market issuers (SMEs) raise capital through innovative financing within a network of accredited investors. It offers investee firms the opportunity to use, among other things, non-dilutive financing instruments for their capital issuance.

Our mycrop.capital platform empowers farmers to secure funding for their operations by offering a stake in their planned production. Investors can participate in agricultural ventures with the potential for shared returns, creating a decentralised funding ecosystem. This platform enhances transparency, encourages sustainable farming practices and provides investors with a tangible asset-backed opportunity. Collaborating with mycrop.capital strenghthens agricultural stakeholders by bridging the gap between capital needs and investment potential.

Our blocks.investments platform facilitates capital raising for real estate projects through private placements of asset-backed securities, fractional ownership or unlisted real estate investment trusts (REITs). This program opens access to institutional and retail investors, monetises untapped property markets and channels domestic and diaspora capital into the local commercial and industrial property sector.
