UNLEARN Leadership installs Execution Architecture inside PE-backed portfolio companies and enterprise leadership teams whose strategy is sound but whose results land below plan.

Under pressure, behavioral defaults extract an Invisible Tax — a drag the model sets at a conservative ~9% of EBITDA a year, built from Bain, PMI, and Gallup benchmarks.

Three engagements, each standing on its own:

The Portfolio Execution Risk Review — a fixed-scope, fully remote written review identifying where the value-creation plan leaks in execution. Board-ready in four weeks.

The Diagnostic — one to two days on-site with the CEO and leadership team: direct observation of how the team operates under pressure, and the design basis for installation.

The 90-Day Build — the operating architecture installed on-site: a single overriding priority, decision rights at escalation points, a weekly operating rhythm, and information flow that carries truth upward. The Execution Ratchet™ locks the gains.

Built to hold after the architect leaves.

Founded by Julius Csizmazia, author of THE INVISIBLE TAX: Execution Architecture (UNLEARN Press, 2026).
