Who I am
I’m Christelle, an HR Consultant, Systemic Resilience Coach and Trainer, Licensed with the International Society of Neuro-Semantics, with over 21 years of strategic HR leadership experience across global organisations.

My work sits at the intersection of business reality, human behaviour, and systemic design. That blend shapes how I work: practical, human, and built for complexity.

What I do
Resilience is built at multiple levels - within the self, across teams, through leadership, and into the systems that shape how organisations perform.
