Peter Mlay

Peter Mlay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fintech, leadership, and business growth. Currently serving as the Country Director for Kenya and Tanzania at Unlimit, a global fintech company, Peter is responsible for country operations, expansion, and growth. Previously, Peter founded and served as CEO of DodeAfrica, a SaaS platform aimed at helping SMEs manage inventory, sales, and distribution digitally. Additionally, as Group Head of Growth at Cellulant, Peter led growth teams across ten countries, significantly enhancing user acquisition and brand awareness. Early career roles include Country Manager and Finance Manager at Cellulant, Group Accountant at Equitanz Ltd, and Accountant at AAR Health Services (U). Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi, completed the ALX Leadership Xcelerator Program at The African Leadership University, and is a Certified Public Accountant from Strathmore University.
