(Un)limited Forward! Foundation is an independent national and international patient advocacy organisation for children, young people and adults living with multimorbidity. From the patient perspective we work to improve care coordination and quality of life by structurally connecting lived experiences with care research and policy.

We bring patient experiences together and translate them into knowledge development signals and recommendations for healthcare professionals researchers and policy makers at national and international level. As a patient advocacy organisation we also share reliable and accessible information with patients and families about multimorbidity and care coordination to support autonomy and quality of life. We pay specific attention to people living with rare endocrine and respiratory conditions.

In addition to our advocacy role we provide supplementary personal support for people who need extra help in managing daily life and care. This support is nursing based or non medical in nature, complements regular care and takes place within clear professional and ethical frameworks. Where appropriate experiential approaches involving horses may be used.

Because horses can be part of personal support activities the foundation takes explicit responsibility for their welfare and sustainable use. We provide training and knowledge sharing for professionals on equine welfare health and responsible functioning in care and support contexts and may also act professionally and practically with horses based on recognised expertise.

Donations and sponsorships are used transparently and responsibly for patient representation, care and support and equine welfare in line with ANBI requirements.
