André Setti

André Setti has a diverse work experience in software engineering and mobile application development. André recently joined Unlock as a Software Engineer in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Benson Hill as a Software Engineer from January to March 2022.

In 2021, André worked at Fincash Corban as a Fullstack Software Engineer. André was responsible for project planning and specification, building a REST API integrated with national banks' APIs for loan simulation and agreements. André also developed the frontend using React/Next.js with a focus on accessibility for older adults.

In 2020, André worked as a Cloud Engineer at HFL - Eu Quero Grana! and as a Mobile Application Developer at CEFIS. At HFL, they contributed to cloud-based projects. At CEFIS, they were responsible for the complete lifecycle of a user-facing app and rebuilt an abandoned mobile app for the company.

In the same year, André worked as a Mobile Application Developer at ANDRITZ, developing an internal mobile app using Flutter to improve the quality assurance process and provide better observability for managers. André also worked at Kondu as a Backend Software Engineer, building a GraphQL API using Django and integrating with Stripe for payment processing.

In 2019, André worked at ONOVOLAB as a Mobile Application Developer, leading the frontend team in the development of the "SuperQuadra Jundu" app and participating in the rebuilding of the "SuperApp Prepara" app. André also developed an offline-first mobile app for Tulipa Solar, streamlining the generation of reports for solar panel installations in rural areas with no internet connection.

André Setti's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Texas Tech University for high school. André completed their high school education in 2015. In 2019, André Setti enrolled in Universidade de São Paulo (USP) to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. André is expected to graduate in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, André Setti has also obtained several certifications from Coursera. In May 2020, they completed courses such as "App Deployment, Debugging, and Performance," "Getting Started With Application Development," and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure." In June 2020, they completed a course titled "Developing Applications with Google Cloud Platform." Most recently, in July 2021, André Setti obtained a certification in "Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Foundations."
