Ryan Craft

Ryan Craft is the Founder/CEO of Saluda Grade, a company that helps non-bank private real estate experts obtain cheaper and more scalable capital for their lending and asset origination businesses. Ryan also serves as the Co-Founder/President/Chief Capital Officer of Unlock, a company focused on providing alternative lending solutions. Prior to their current roles, Ryan worked at Baird as the Head of Securitized Product Sales from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they were an MD - Mortgage Sales at RBC Capital Markets from 2014 to 2016. Ryan has extensive experience in the mortgage sales industry, including roles at Merrill Lynch where they served as a Director in Mortgage Sales and VP in CMBX & ABX Trading, and as an Associate in Non Agency RMBS Trading.

Ryan Craft earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Georgetown University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006.
