Unlock My Life, part of award-winning charity My Life, is on a mission to make a positive change to Mental Health throughout prisons in England.

We do so through our bespoke mental health and wellbeing awareness training, and our Mental Health Ambassador (MHA) programme which gives offenders the chance to learn more about mental health and how to support others.

Our project is shaped by those with lived experience of the criminal justice system - including current and ex-prisoners, and former prison staff. As such, our project is uniquely relevant to life in prison, and the challenges those imprisoned may face before, during and after their sentence.
