Aimée Bryan

Aimée Bryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, notably in social impact and innovation. Currently serving as Head of Investment at UnLtd, Aimée co-leads the Growth Impact Fund, focusing on enhancing capital access for underrepresented founders. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at Mrs Wordsmith, where Aimée drove product strategy and AI integration in games-based learning, and Head of Play Propositions at the LEGO Group, overseeing a team dedicated to innovative play solutions. Aimée has also launched pioneering initiatives in the charity sector with Crisis and served as Partnerships and Marketing Director for Project HUMAN at London & Partners. A co-founder of ventures aimed at promoting mental health in children, Aimée holds a BA Hons in European Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
