With expertise in strategy development, change management, and community collaboration, Jane has held roles at all levels, including director and trustee positions, and is currently part of the BBC Children in Need Wales Advisory Committee. Jane's work emphasizes trauma-informed approaches, advocating for voices often unheard, and actively contributes to young people's wellbeing through local organizations.
