Amber Coster's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. In their current role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Unmind, they focus on organizational performance and transformation, overseeing People & Talent functions, Business Operations, Marketing, and leadership programs. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Chief of Staff, partnering with the CEO to drive organizational transformation and people-centric growth. Amber also worked as the Vice President of Operations (EMEA) at ClickUp and as the Founder and Consultant at Balpro, addressing employee burnout. Amber has also volunteered as a Crisis Volunteer at Shout UK. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at AppDynamics and Xact Marketing Limited, and worked as the Head of Marketing at I am IT and Marketing Manager at Storm Technologies. Amber began their career as an HR Assistant at Rothschild.
Amber Coster studied A Levels in Applied Business, Psychology, Media Studies, and General Studies at Haydon Sixth Form. Prior to that, they obtained 11 GCSEs in various subjects with grades A - C from Nower Hill High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2018, and in Effective Account-Based Marketing and Best Practices in B-to-B Pipeline Acceleration from SiriusDecisions in 2014.
