UNMIRI (Unified Network for Molecular Insights and Reporting Intelligence) compresses 500-page NGS genomic reports into 2-page cheat sheets that oncologists actually read.

Built for regional diagnostic labs that run NGS panels but watch their carefully-prepared reports get scanned in under 90 seconds. The problem isn't the science. It's the packaging.

How UNMIRI is built:
• GraphRAG over a Neo4j knowledge graph — not vector search
• Sources: OncoKB, ClinVar, ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA drug labels
• Deterministic templates render the final clinical output (no LLM hallucination at the clinical boundary)
• A narrow LLM is used only for extraction and long-tail variant fallback, always flagged when present
• HIPAA-ready, BAA-backed on the Enterprise tier, zero-retention LLM pipeline, US data residency

Currently recruiting 2–3 regional diagnostic labs in the mid-Atlantic as Q2 2026 pilot design partners for retrospective studies on archived cases.
