Since 1980, Unnayan Sangha (US) has diversified experiences on Violence against women and girls, Ending Child Marriages, Juvenile Justice Program, Education, Plantation, livelihood, DRR & Climate Change Adaptation, Agriculture & market development and Maternal and Child Health projects implementation in   Jamalpur and Sherpur as well as other district of Mymensingh, Dhaka and Rajshahi divisions.

The vision of the organization is “A society, based on equality, fairness and good governance, which   can ensure sustainable development and people’s empowerment”.

To work with exploited and disadvantaged groups of the people particularly poor, ultra-poor, 
Indigenous groups and differently able communities, men, women and children living in plain land, river basin and hilly/haor areas of Bangladesh for their socio-economic development implementing different socioeconomic and right based development programs.
